
Energy Workforce Opens Nominations for 2026 Annual Awards
Energy Workforce is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Annual Awards, recognizing the individuals and companies whose leadership strengthens the energy services and technology sector. Each year during the Annual Meeting, we highlight those who set a high standard for excellence, innovation and community impact. Members are encouraged to submit nominations for the Emerging Executive, People and Culture, Community Impact and Chapter Champion awards.
Chapter Champion Award
The EWTC Chapter Champion Award honors a member whose contributions have strengthened their regional chapter through active leadership, program development and engagement. This award recognizes the individuals who build connections, support member participation and advance the Council’s mission at the regional level.
Regional chapters include Permian Basin, Latin America, Middle East, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Community Impact Award
The Community Impact Award recognizes a company demonstrating exceptional commitment to the communities where they operate. Nominations should highlight programs, volunteer activities or long-term initiatives that reflect the industry’s dedication to service and leadership.

Emerging Executives Award
The Emerging Executives Award highlights a rising leader who has demonstrated strong performance, engagement with Energy Workforce programs and a commitment to advancing the industry. This award recognizes individuals who are stepping forward to drive solutions, contribute to Council initiatives and support a strong workforce for the future.

People and Culture Award
The People and Culture Award celebrates a company that has demonstrated excellence in workforce development, employee experience and organizational culture. Companies may highlight initiatives that improve collaboration, retention, training or overall employee engagement.

Deadline
Nominations for all awards are due January 23. Award recipients will be notified in February, and all awards will be presented during the Energy Workforce Annual Meeting on April 1.
