Energy Workforce Opens Nomination for Annual Awards

Each year during the Energy Workforce Annual Meeting, Energy Workforce celebrates outstanding contributions to the industry through notable awards. For 2025, Members are invited to submit nominations for the Emerging Executive, People & Culture, Community Impact, and Chapter Champion.

The EWTC Chapter Champion (AREA) Award goes to a member whose critical work has helped create ties between the workforce of the energy services and technology sector within their chapter’s area, as well as advance Energy Workforce & Technology Council leadership, programs and events. Regional chapters include Permian Basin, Latin America, Middle East. Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

The EWTC Community Impact Award goes to a company that has demonstrated excellence with regard to its outstanding commitment and contributions to our communities. Nominations should highlight innovative initiatives, volunteer efforts, or meaningful contributions with long-term impact.

The Emerging Executives Award honors a rising Energy Workforce member who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing both EWTC and the energy sector. Nominations should showcase the individual’s professional achievements, contributions to industry initiatives, and commitment to driving positive change within the sector.

The EWTC People & Culture Award goes to a company that has demonstrated excellence and commitment to its people. Companies can spotlight a specific project or initiative that has significantly improved the overall employee experience, leading to improved employee productivity, collaboration and job satisfaction.

Applications for all awards are due by January 31, 2025 and the award winner will be notified in February. The awards will be presented at the Energy Workforce & Technology Council Annual Meeting on April 10.
