
HOUSTON— The Energy Workforce & Technology Council (EWTC) is pleased to announce the election of two distinguished leaders, Shawn Stasiuk, Senior Vice President of Completion & Production at Halliburton, and Aaron Jenkins, Vice President and General Manager of Oil & Gas at Caterpillar to its Board of Directors.
Shawn Stasiuk leads Halliburton’s Completion & Production division, which includes Artificial Lift, Cementing, Completion Tools, Multi-Chem, Pipeline & Process Services, Production Enhancement, and Production Solutions product service lines. A member of the Halliburton Executive Committee, Stasiuk began his career as a wireline logging engineer and joined Halliburton in 2009. With over 24 years of experience in the petroleum industry, he has held key roles across operations, marketing, product commercialization, and management in both onshore and offshore environments worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Queen’s University.
Aaron Jenkins, Vice President and General Manager for Caterpillar Oil & Gas, leads the company’s global business strategy, operations, and customer relationships across well service, drilling, and production segments. Over his 19-year career with Caterpillar, Jenkins has advanced through diverse roles in sales, account management, and leadership, spanning midstream, well service, and drilling operations. He earned his degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and has held assignments in the U.S., Canada, China, and Singapore.
The Council’s Board of Directors represents the full spectrum of the energy services and technology sector, guiding EWTC’s mission to network, train and elevate the energy workforce driving American energy production and innovation.
